I’m a professionally trained and accredited coach with over 500 hours of one-to-one coaching experience, supporting people through career and life transitions, uncertainty, and change.
My approach is ethical, evidence-based, and deeply client-centred. As a CICA-registered Careers Consultant and Design Your Life Coach, I prioritise your wellbeing, values, and long-term fulfilment, not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Coaching is a collaborative and reflective process that supports you through change, uncertainty, and decision-making. It’s not about quick fixes or being told what to do. It is about being guided so you can have the space to think, explore possibilities, and move forward with intention.
Coaching focuses on future goals and growth, while counselling supports healing and understanding of past and present challenges, and mentoring offers guidance drawn from lived experience and expertise.
What we do:

Guide and support your thinking
We create structured, thoughtful conversations that help you explore your values, strengths, and what matters most to you. Our role is to help you gain clarity — not to tell you what your answers should be. -
Support life and career transitions
Whether you’re navigating a career change, returning to work, feeling stuck, or questioning your direction, we support you to move through change with greater confidence and self-trust. -
Encourage self-awareness and reflection
Coaching helps you slow down and better understand yourself, how you think, decide, and respond to challenges. -
Use evidence-informed frameworks
Our approach draws on research-backed models such as life design and career development theories to provide structure, insight, and practical tools. -
Support action and accountability
We help you clarify goals, explore options, test ideas, and take meaningful steps forward at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable for you.
What we don't do:

Provide ready-made answers or advice
You are the expert in your own life. Coaching supports your thinking and decision-making rather than prescribing solutions. -
Guarantee outcomes or job results
Coaching equips you with tools, clarity, and confidence but outcomes depend on your choices, actions, and circumstances. -
Replace therapy or crisis support
Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care or crisis intervention. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, we can help guide you to appropriate support services. -
Make decisions on your behalf
Our role is to empower and guide you to make informed, intentional decisions not to decide for you. -
Fix problems for you or “rescue” you
Growth takes participation and commitment. Coaching supports you, but it doesn’t remove responsibility or do the work for you. -
Offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers
Real change takes time and reflection. Coaching is a process, not a shortcut.
