My journey, to Karma Journey Co.

I registered Karma Journey Co. on 7 January 2025. Getting to this point has taken a little over a year! It’s involved leaving an organisation I worked with for nearly a decade, relocating to a new city, starting a new job, pausing and resuming my education, and moving through many big and small life events along the way. All of it (and more that I cannot put into words) has shaped this moment. I’m really excited to share that I’m transitioning into a part-time role as Founder & Principal Coach at Karma Journey Co, dedicating more time and energy to work that feels deeply aligned. F0r many years now, I have been designing and redesigning my own life and career. I've been very fortunate to experience a wide range of roles, environments and transitions at work and in life, that has given me the confidence and humility to go on this journey with other people. But this step isn't just about my own journey. The stories I have been trusted with, of uncertainty, lack of confidence, resilience, identity and belonging, change, hope have inspired my work. Listening to the lived experiences of people around me has deeply influenced my decision to create a space where others can explore the complexity of their lives and work. I have had over 500 hours of 1-1 conversations through my coaching experience (and those I have outside of work), that gives me the confidence that I can make a difference in the lives of those seeking a non-judgemental, professional, and safe space to move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
